Job Description

Plant Operator Job in Edam, SK.We are on the hunt to fill a Plant Operator Job in Edam, SK. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a plant or field operating environment along with a 4th class Engineers Certificate. This is a long-term contract job opportunity with a schedule of 7 days on 7 days off rotating days and nights, 12 hours per day,Plant Operator Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform required repair and maintenance at the Plant
  • Monitoring and inspecting building monitoring systems
  • Perform duties as assigned, including preparation of reports, manuals and procedures
  • Report all questionable conditions to the Plant Manager
  • Monitor conditions by sampling and testing
  • Support maintenance operations
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Plant Operator Job Qualifications:
  • Trade certificate, Technology Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4th Class Engineers Certificate
  • Capable of using Word, Excel, E-mail and SAP.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting skills
