Harmony to celebrate each other’s unique contributions to bring solutions to clients.Role:Our Client is currently seeking an experienced #101130 Deskside Support Analyst (Contract) in Edmonton, AB for a 4-months contract starting in December 2022. There is a strong potential for extension at the client’s discretion. The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience as a Deskside Support Analyst or equivalent. Experience supporting/troubleshooting Office 365, Win 7/10, Active Directory (user accounts, passwords), mobile devices (IOS, Android), and basic network issues would be an asset. Additionally, you will have strong End User support experience and have used a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Remedy) to document/manage assigned tickets. All Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.Applications will be accepted until: Monday, December 5, 2022.Recommended Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Deskside Support Analyst or similar role in a Corporate IT environment providing support for End Users.
  • Experience providing End User support to Windows 7/10 and O365
  • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, tablets, monitors, printers, and other peripherals
  • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software (i.e., MS Office, custom applications).
  • Experience supporting/troubleshooting basic Network issues
  • Active Directory experience ie. password reset/create accounts. Azure AD would be an asset
  • Experience performing IMAC (installs, moves, add, changes) services on hardware
  • Experience supporting/troubleshooting smart phones, i.e., iPhone and Androids
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada
Education:
  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology would be an asset
  • Active Technical Certifications would be an asset (CompTIA A+, MCITP/MCSE, ITIL, etc)
