If you #39;re looking for a fulfilling career with a trusted name in roofing and siding, apply today!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ACCOUNTING CLERKAs our Administrative Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for a mix of accounting and office administration tasks. Your day will include entering and coding accounts payable invoices, matching them to purchase orders and statements, following up on missing approvals or receipts, and processing Mastercard payments. You #39;ll also prepare customer invoices, answer incoming phone calls, and support general office administration needs. Maintaining organized filing systems and providing timely responses to vendor and internal inquiries will be a key part of your role, along with assisting the team with various data entry and clerical tasks as required.QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting support role
  • Strong administrative and communication skills; experience answering phones and working with the public is a plus
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (ERP/OCR experience preferred)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of juggling multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
