What You’ll DoAs a New Client Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, informative, and seamless experience as they begin their journey with us.Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome new clients and guide them through their onboarding process
  • Schedule virtual welcome meetings and policy review calls
  • Assist clients in understanding their coverage and how to access benefits
  • Coordinate documentation and ensure all client records are up to date
  • Answer questions and provide timely follow-ups during the onboarding phase
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from enrollment to activation

  • Personable, professional, and customer-focused
  • Detail-oriented and skilled at staying organized
  • A clear and confident communicator
  • Proficient with digital tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, CRMs, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Bonus points if you:
  • Have experience in onboarding, client coordination, or customer support
  • Have insurance or administrative background
  • Speak multiple languages (not required but valued)
