Job Description

Job DetailsWhat you will doAssist Area Operations Support Team Manager in developing, implementing, and executing the standardized business support processes that align with company policies and government compliance.How you will do it

  • Promote good working relations and morale among the office staff.
  • Maintain inventory of all office supplies and place orders for replenishment, as needed.
  • Organize meetings held within the local office to include purchasing food and beverage.
  • Assist with the Implementation and maintain record retention per JCI policies.
  • Processing of Weekly Payroll and maintaining time off tracking.
  • Certified Payroll Reporting, to include sending to customer when required.
  • Assist with the setup of supplier/subcontractor maintenance.
  • Assist with maintenance of Safety documentation.
  • Provide back-up in other departments or district in area during employee absences.
  • Minimal fleet activities.
  • Installation coordination duties such as scheduling, material ordering, etc.
  • Warehouse activities such as shipping & receiving.
  • Perform other duties as directed and deemed necessary.
  • Takes meeting minutes and distributes to the appropriate parties, as required.
  • Assist the Project Manager in the preparation and maintenance of Change Order Logs, Risks/Issues Logs, Project Construction Schedules, Cost & Resource Loaded Schedules and Vendor Progress Claims
  • Provide additional Operations Support, as required.

  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be detailed oriented and organized.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Oracle based software & general PC knowledge.
  • Must have the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management.
  • Ability to prioritize work volumes with limited supervision.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs. or more.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
