Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing various administrative activities.Duties will include the following but are not limited to:

  • Proofing and formatting word documents.
  • Pay invoices.
  • Assign and return accounts receivable.
  • Record tracking in Excel.
  • Order supplies.
  • Answer phone calls and emails.
  • Create documents and memos as required.
  • Organize events, coordinate Lync meetings and book rooms as required.
  • Copy, scan, fax, file and perform records management of physical and digital documents.
  • Process and review expenses.
  • Act as point of content for any clients.
  • Take meeting minutes.
MANDATORY SKILLS- Proposed resource must have high school diploma- Proposed resource must have experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) (2+ years)- Proposed resource must have 2 years experience in related administrative support role (2+ years)- Proposed resource must be able to work in the office physically (no remote work) (2+ years)- Proposed resource must be able to life up to 25 pounds and use step stools for filing (2+ years)DESIRABLE / NICE TO HAVE SKILLS- Post secondary education in administration (0+ years)- Previous government experience (0+ years)- Experience with Prolaw Program (0+ years)- Experience with moving electronic files, electronic filing in general (2+ years)- Experience filing, closing, and organizing physical files (2+ years)WHY WORK WITH TRI-GLOBALThis role allows you to grow your professional work experience and skills in a dynamic environment.
