This administrative role performs fully qualified level work requiring knowledge of departmental procedure, as well as judgment and initiative related to the job duties.Were looking for someone who cares about their work and strives for more each day.   • Basic researching, reconciling, summarizing, tracking, reviewing and updating information from a variety of sources.
  • Prepare reports, tables or special studies, and maintenance and retrieval of records.
  • Provide or obtain information from a variety of external and internal contacts which may include basic research, review and resolving of problems within the scope of the job.
  • Analyze and compare data from a variety of sources.
  • Provide training on particular functions.
  • Review, corrections and approval of time and attendance entries.
  • Organize Team functions and Meeting, including travel, catering & Room/Venues.
  • Execute administrative tasks like employee expense submission.
Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of a variety of software applications with the ability to obtain advanced skill levels. Specific systems as required by the workgroup will be desirable (such as Oracle). Ability to keyboard accurately at a proficient speed.
  • Accurate with numbers, proficient in spelling and grammar.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, learning ability, initiative, mature judgment and responsible work habits.
  • Must have strong record keeping, documentation and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to deal effectively and courteously with internal and external customers.
  • Self-motivated and can work independently.
  • Ownership of tasks and follows through to completion.
  • Exercises good judgement and decision making.
