Your Opportunity:Reporting to the Associate Manager, Knowledge Translation & Support Services within Communicable Disease Control (CDC), this position is responsible for providing program support for the assigned area of the provincial CDC program, including the provincial Notifiable Disease program, and the provincial Immunization program. This position uses discretion to address escalated issues or problems where there may not be established processes or guidelines. The incumbent must exercise judgment, discretion and independent decision making across a spectrum of activities. Preference may be given to candidates with communicable disease experience. Experience with current office software and programs (ex. Microsoft Suite etc.) is necessary. Excellent organizational and time management skills are required. The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is required. The ability to work individually and as a strong team player is required.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with in-house programs such as Meditech, Netcare, and CD/OM preferred.
