The centralization of therapy tools means one less thing to worry about so that clients can focus on what matters — their mental health.We’ve launched DiveThru Assessments, and are looking to add a Assessment Provisional Psychologist to our Windermere DiveThru Crew! At DiveThru, we view assessments as more than just testing and diagnoses—they’re an opportunity to support and empower clients on their mental health journey. Our comprehensive psychological assessments and differential diagnoses address referral questions and provide tailored treatment recommendations for our clients.Ready to join us Okay, let’s talk about the official stuff:Here’s What You’ll Get By Joining Our Team:

Your General Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate intake and debrief interviews with clients
  • Conduct testing, scoring, interpretation and writing assessment reports
  • Make clinical decisions and recommendations based on assessment findings
  • Do your best to attend team meetings and touch base with the Studio Manager as part of a collaborative work environment
  • Although not a requirement, the Assessment Provisional Psychologist can choose to maintain a small counselling caseload as part of their role
Your Skills:Our ideal candidate brings the following to the table:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics
  • Excellent oral and communication skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
  • Willingness to embrace innovative practices and technology to improve client care and experience
  • Registered Provisional Psychologist who is in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists
  • Must have experience with independent practice completing psychoeducational and ADHD assessments. Other assessment experience (e.g. mental health, parenting capacity, work-related, vocational) is an asset and can be facilitated
  • Professional liability insurance, including cyber liability
  • Completed a Masters or Doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or School and Clinical Child Psychology. Completion of graduate course(s) in assessment or equivalent
  • Ability to work with children, youth and/or adults
  • Up-to-date Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search
  • An external assessment R. Psych supervisor
CompensationCompetitive split of Flat Rate fees, typically ranging between $1100-$3300 per assessment.Hours of WorkThe Assessment Provisional Psychologist can work part-time or full-time hours, with flexible scheduling on days, evenings, or weekends in a hybrid format. Caseload or the number of monthly assessments completed in any given month is negotiable.LocationThe successful candidate will work at our new Windermere location with flexibility to work from home during virtual appointments or writing days.
