The Asset Protection Supervisor must be able to temporarily assume total responsibility for all Asset Protection functions in the absence of the APM.This position plays a critical role in the daily oversight of Asset Protection operations and personnel in their assigned stores. The Supervisor sets a high ethical tone and reinforces the core values of the organization through ongoing collaboration and communication with the Store Leadership, Associates and the Asset Protection Division. He/she must be capable of ensuring overall store compliance to company policies, local, state and federal laws and effective execution of internal and external theft investigations. He/she must be able to assess risk exposures and provide leadership and communication at all times.
