Job descriptionHeart to Home Meals – SOUTH EDMONTON (Ellerslie - Orchards), ABHeart to Home Meals helps seniors live well independently by delivering healthy prepared meals to their homes. We are currently looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to provide excellent customer serviceCandidates must be high energy to keep up with this demanding and FAST PACED role. Customers appreciate a warm and welcoming disposition; Communication is key to our success.Main Duties·Handling inbound calls relating to service inquiries, brochure requests and orders· Making outbound calls to customers who are missing orders, or to follow up on brochure requests· Assisting the Office Manager in the day to day running of the franchise· Mailing of letters, brochures, and promotional offers to customers and prospects · Routing of drivers for deliveries· Data administration, including sales report, inventory report, customers report, calls report· Logistics Related Routines Essential Skills/ Experience· Articulate, upbeat and engaging telephone manner· Confident and comfortable speaking with seniors for several hours per day· Strong attention to detail· Strong empathy & dependability· Able to work independently and efficiently· Driving license· Ability to multi task· Computer literate Key responsibilities:Customer care:

  • A positive personal image is presented to the customer and interaction is developed A climate and environment is fostered which delights customers The needs and feelings of the customer are anticipated and responded to appropriately and kept in balance with the needs of the organization Feedback from customers is actively solicited. Problems affecting the customers are identified and interpreted and solutions generated which are actioned and evaluated Customer complaints are monitored to identify trends and potential problems
Performance Management:
  • Training and development needs of direct reports are identified in relation to business plans and objectives Motivation is sustained through recognition, reward and incentives Contribution is made to the improvement of development processes Ensure Health & Safety and Hygiene procedures & standards are in place and followed at all times. Develop, with the General Manager and be responsible for a detailed budget to deliver company and client business objectives Maintain good communication with client staff ensuring quality information is exchanged when appropriate Agree contract KPIs, Monitor performance against KPIs and manage performance to ensure achievement. Ensure that adequate, cost effective staffing levels are in place at all times. Recruit, develop, appraise & review contract staff as appropriate identifying and managing training & development needs. Work with and support staff on a day-to-day basis to deliver profitability and service standards. Meet all Client and Company administration and reporting requirements. Promote and instill belief in Customer Service ensuring customer expectations are met and where opportunities arise, exceeded. Monitor Client, Company and Legislative policies and procedures ensuring consistent compliance. Maintain quality and standards of overall presentation, ensuring adherence to company and agreed contract standards Liaison with Catering Consultants

  • Salary - $38,000 - $40,000 plus the Vacation pay
Hours of Work: Your normal working week will be 5 days Monday to Friday depending on the business needs.
