As we scale up, we #39;re building a team that shares our commitment to doing right by clients and each other.Learn more about us at: https://ndura.ca/ As a Assistant Site Superintendent/Site Techncian, you #39;ll support our construction teams across various job sites. You #39;ll take on a wide range of tasks, from deficiency repairs and minor carpentry to site clean-up, basic concrete work, and assisting with drainage and water management. If you #39;re ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle both the clean and the dirty work with pride, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time position based in Edmonton, AB. Local candidates (within a 30-minute commute) are preferred.Key Responsibilities

  • Perform site repairs and touch-ups on completed or nearly-completed construction projects
  • Assist with carpentry, minor framing, and finishing tasks
  • Support concrete work, including small pours and repairs
  • Manage site maintenance tasks such as water pumping, general clean-up, and preparing lots for construction
  • Operate small tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work closely with Site Supervisors and Project Managers to complete tasks on time
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times
  • Adapt to varying site needs and prioritize tasks as required
What We #39;re Looking For
  • 2 or more years of experience in construction, general labor, or site technician roles (multi-family experience is an asset)
  • Basic carpentry skills and familiarity with small construction equipment
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to doquot;whatever it takes quot;, from precision repair to heavy labor
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver #39;s license and reliable transportation (required)
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
Compensation and Benefits
  • Full time position
  • Competitive hourly wage at CA$45 #39;000 to CA$60 #39;000, based on experience
