If you want to climb aboard the rocketship and help us revolutionise global health systems, astronomical opportunities await.What will you be doingYou will be joining our Professional Services Group, who work as a project team to install and configure software and hardware components to provide an effective solution to our clients. As a customer facing role, this role will require travel. The role involves liaising with and providing support to the client during the implementation and facilitate knowledge transfer to them. The role will apply knowledge and experience to the diagnosis and solving of problems and issues. You will be part of a team with a culture of collaboration, learning and systems implementation excellence that will equip you with the skills to become a successful Implementation Consultant.What you will bring to the role:

  • Experience: Ideally you will have experience with healthcare EDI transactions (X12, HL7 or CCDAs) Any experience with RDBMS to NoSQL datastore migrations including schema denormalization (flattening) NoSQL (key/value, columnar, document) based data modeling is desirable. ETL experience (e.g. Talend) with data from various source systems. Previous Implementation experience whilst not essential, application of structured implementation methodologies, communicating technical issues to non-technical business people, and business issues to technical people will be key to your success in the role
  • Skills: Understanding of UML Modelling, and Multi-Tier Architectures Working knowledge of Server Operating Systems, TCP/IP, Clustering and Load Balancing, Issue/ Defect Tracking tool exp. J2EE, .net, Java/Java Scripting. Proven technical analytical and problem-solving skills. RDBMS Database Technologies: SQL Query Writing, SQL Tuning, Microsoft SQL Server & Oracle platforms (must have experience with one, both is an advantage). Web Technologies such as: HTTP, HTML, Web Services, XML/XLST,
  • Characteristics: Great team player and communicator, comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. Inquisitive, detailed oriented and with a problem-solving mindset. Proactive and confident in working independently
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience plus relevant IT implementation or ETL experience
