Are you ready to take the ride What We Need We are looking for a Billing Support Specialist Contractor. This position is responsible for answering phones and providing exceptional customer support related to billing and payments. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Slack, Ring Central, Salesforce, and NetSuite is preferred.What You #39;ll Do

  • Answer phones and provide customer support related to billing and payments utilizing customized payment software.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for billing and payments.
  • Utilize Slack, Versapay, Ring Central, Salesforce, and NetSuite to manage and track customer interactions and billing information.
  • Assist with other billing-related tasks as needed.
