Our culture is important to us so we make sure to bring on people who will fit in.What will you doThe tasks youll be assigned will vary depending on the team you join, but here are some examples of the things you could be working on:

  • Landscaping duties as required and in conjunction with our landscaping contractor
  • Assist in completing scheduled preventative maintenance work orders and general maintenance duties including painting, repairs, window washing
  • Assist with the replacement of ceiling tiles, lamp check and replacement, and other common area maintenance items
  • Clean up and maintenance of electrical and mechanical rooms as required.
  • Vacant bay checks and maintenance as required.
  • Assist operators in responding to tenant requests.
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor.
What type of experience do you haveIn addition to your collaborative mindset and positive attitude, preference will be given to individuals currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution with a focus on building maintenance, construction and operations. A vehicle will be required for this role along with a valid driver’s license.
