The Business & Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing complex financial models and accounting concepts or techniques for financial planning and control. This includes documenting and assessing the operating effectiveness of disclosure controls and procedures and internal controls over financial reporting. The Business & Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for all budgeting and forecasting for Operating Expenses and Capital Expenditures as well as the administration of the capital expenditure plan. Additional responsibilities will include conducting studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepare recommendations for policy, procedure, control or action, analysis of financial information to determine present and future financial performance, identification of trends and recommendations for accounting improvements, provide interpretation of financial policies, governmental legislation, accounting theory or customer financial regulations, evaluate complex profit plans, operating records and financial statements, conduct research and prepare economic reports on subjects such as rate of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.Major Functions and Responsibilities
