Job Description

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer based in Edmonton, Alberta to oversee the organization #39;s ongoing operations and procedures.   • Design and implement comprehensive business strategies, plans, and procedures with a long-term focus and a clear roadmap for success.
  • Efficiently oversee and manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments and teams.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse group of employees, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and commitment to the company #39;s mission and values.
  • Continuously evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategic changes.
  • Play a critical role in the company #39;s growth and expansion activities, actively seeking opportunities for investments, acquisitions, and corporate alliances that align with the company #39;s objectives and vision.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successfully serving as a COO or in a similar leadership role, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage and drive organizational growth.
  • In-depth understanding of various business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, and other key areas, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business development, with a proven ability to formulate and execute effective business strategies that deliver positive results.
  • Proficient in data analysis techniques and experienced in leveraging performance and operational metrics to drive informed business decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Exemplary communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire various stakeholders, including staff, executives, and external partners.
