This role involves providing support to the Party Chief in all aspects of survey work throughout the construction season. They will work on a wide range of projects from land development and strata/air space work, topographic and rights-of-way surveys for infrastructure and capital works projects, construction and monitoring surveys, surveys on First Nation lands and many other diverse types of surveys. The position is designed to offer valuable hands-on experience with engineering design principles, with the opportunity to transition into a design drafting role upon completion of the construction season. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing construction drawings and documents, as well as assisting in the coordination of design and specifications within a multidisciplinary design team.
