GrizzlyTrek invest in our people, our relationships and our partners, ensuring ready to work individuals meet job opportunities that create lasting success for them and our business partnersJob Opportunity: Class 1amp; 3 Semi-Vacuum Operator for Tank Cleaning ShutdownCompany: GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd.Location: Large SAGD Oil Sands SiteProject Duration: 2+ weeks (Starting ASAP)Camp Provided: YesJob DescriptionGrizzlyTrek Group Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Class 1 Semi-Vacuum Operator for a tank cleaning shutdown project at a large SAGD Oil Sands site. This is a temporary position with a project duration of 2+ weeks +, starting immediately.Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Class 1 semi-vacuum truck to perform tank cleaning operations.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment.
  • Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations on-site.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Requirements:
  • Certification: Must possess valid H2S Alive, First Aid, Confined Space, and Fall Protection tickets.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, specifically within the oil sands industry.
  • License: Class 1 driver #39;s license with a clean driving record.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of safety protocols and effective communication skills.
Work Schedule:
  • Shifts: 12-hour shifts.
  • Overtime: Paid after 8 hours per day or 44 hours per week.
