Job Overview: We are currently seeking an Commercial Account Manager to join our rapidly growing Transportation team at InsureLine Brokers Empire in Edmonton, AB. For more information, please visit https://insurelineempire.com/Responsibilities: - No Sales Quota required- Providing customers with prompt service by providing advice, discussing customer concerns, including but not limited to walk-ins, emails, and phone calls- Entering and updating clients’ information in our BMS system and spreadsheets- Preparing documentation for insurers; issuing insurance certificates, binders, and liability certificates- Communicating with insurance companies and underwriters regarding policy changes, renewals and new business- Updating of insurance summaries to correspond with current change requests- Keeping current with activities and workload- Follow branch workflowsQualifications: - General Level 1 insurance license required- Experience with Epic an asset- Microsoft office 365 experience required- Outlook experience required- Transportation or other commercial lines experience is preferred- Ability to multi-task, problem solve, critical think and be detailed oriented- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle pressure when busy- Be adaptable to meet the changing needs of the transportation industry- Be able to provide prompt and exceptional customer service- Able to be pro-active and work both independently and as a part of a team- Positive and respectful attitude with both clients and co-workers- High degree of professionalism and integrityWhat We Offer: - Monday to Friday 9:00 am -5:30 pm.
