TIM is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance services that support the building infrastructure system operations through the use of trade workers and leaders.Position SummaryReporting directly to the Operational Excellence Manager, The Compliance Coordinator Lead (Supplies & Services) is a key member of the quality management team. The Compliance Coordination Lead is responsible for executing process development and training for Trades Infrastructure & Maintenance (TIM) team members on new and existing business processes. This role seeks to create unified approaches to internal organizational business structures that will maximize the operational efficiency of a diverse team. Under the direction of the Operational Excellence Manager, the Lead will collaborate with TIM leaders to evaluate and dissect business processes that have been identified as requiring modification or creation. They will have the capability to layout tasks using tools such as the Universal Process Modeling Procedure to develop common understanding around new and existing day-to-day activities across TIM. They will develop necessary training materials and deliver training program presentations aimed at instructing TIM team members using a methodical and appropriately paced change management approach. The Lead will also focus on implementing and facilitating culture building strategies that aim to unite all trades teams on common approaches to areas of the business like the onboarding of new employees or annual policy and guideline reviews. They have no direct reports but it is a highly collaborative role with all TIM leaders and TIM team members. It requires a strong skill set in the leadership elements identified below:
