If you #39;re looking for a fulfilling career with a trusted name in roofing and siding, apply today!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATORAs a Construction Estimator, you #39;ll collaborate with Project Managers and the Program Performance team to scope out roofing and exterior projects and develop detailed, full-cost estimates using tools like Xactimate and ClaimTrak. You #39;ll assess drawings, site conditions, and client requirements to calculate labor, materials, and equipment costs with precision. In addition to ensuring estimates meet program guidelines and service level agreements, you #39;ll maintain updated supplier and pricing information, support bids and proposals, and liaise with clients, adjusters, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly will be key to your success in this fast-paced and rewarding role.QUALIFICATIONS
