The Project Manager, Compliance and Standardization operates both independently and within a team environment to provide creative solutions to numerous technical and organizational-based problems. This position makes decisions on day-to-day activities, hiring, discipline, systems evaluations and performance management of human resources, and makes recommendations on polices, objectives, construction standards, system upgrades, budgeting and capital equipment acquisitions. Ensures provincial program delivery measurements are in place and in compliance with applicable codes and standards Conduct annual Customer Service Surveys. Lead the development and implementation of KPI/benchmarking reporting in support of operational plans. Responsible for the coordination and/or administration of standardized work methods, protocols policies and procedures related to FM&E operations. Assists in the development, implementation and evaluation of FM&E policies, procedures and standards. Assists in Accreditation and Accommodation Standards procedures, documentation and audits. Providing a coordination and collaboration role with other Covenant Health programs and services aligned with environmental and sustainability activities. Utilizing the utility management data software program (EnergyCAP) to monitor and manage utilities, benchmark facilities, provide training to FM&E staff. The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license to travel and work on all Covenant Health sites and other meeting places. This position is non-unionized.
