Job Description

Business Unit: APPS Cargo TerminalsPosition: Customer Care SpecialistLocation: Edmonton, ABAPPS Cargo Terminals is committed to providing flexible industry-leading transportation and supply-chain solution in a manner which is consistent with our customer expectations & our "core values" of integrity, respect & continuous improvement. Our motto is "we promise, we deliver service" and our team is an integral part of this.As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist who will be responsible to meet the below criteria.Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones/Responding to e-mails
  • Accurately enter pick up requests into database/Data Entry
  • Process paperwork and report as necessary in an efficient manner
  • Ability to meet quarterly KPI consistently
  • Back file paperwork as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Customer Service
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize/manage workload effectively
  • Self-motivated and enjoys fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Hours and Location:
  • 0900-1730, Full-Time, Permanent
  • West End, Edmonton, AB
Renumeration:$45,000 Based on ExperienceBenefits:
