About the role:Would people describe you as warm, friendly, and service-oriented Do you enjoy work that’s focused on quickly making connections with others, and using your outgoing communication style to help others If so, ArrKann Trailer & R.V Centre has the job for you – Inbound Concierge!The successful candidate will focus on a high level of personal, meaningful, and engaging communication with ArrKann customers. The Inbound Concierge will focus on delivering a customer-centric approach through the management of inbound customer phone calls, e-mails, website chat, and social media communication while driving additional business to our locations through unit sales or service appointment bookings. The role will also actively monitor and document customer feedback in order to assist with process improvement opportunities.The selected candidate must be available on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays but not Sundays!Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and meet each customer’s unique needs, by answering questions, providing solutions, or connecting them with the most appropriate ArrKannian
  • Offer outstanding service by assisting with answering questions, providing information, and/or booking appointments
  • Identify gaps in the customer experience and any emerging trends arising from inbound communications
  • Actively listen to our customers, looking for opportunities to improve their experience
  • Monitor, observe and communicate online retail trends to increase our online sales and become the preferred choice for online RV parts for our customers.
    • Receive, assemble and fulfill online parts orders.
    • Make online marketing recommendations to increase traffic to our online store
    • Make product recommendations based on customer inquiries and feedback
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service capacity
  • Highly organized, a keen eye for detail, and excellent time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening
  • Experience working within MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Experience with various Social Media platforms
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Well developed problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation as this position will work out of our new location in Acheson: 28712 114 Avenue, Acheson
