Job Description

North Central Co-op invites applications for the position of part-time Customer Service Clerk to join our team at our Chappelle Food Store Location in Edmonton.   • Ensures prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service is provided at all times.
  • Escalates issues and ensures all customer complaints, adjustments, and returns are handled in a quick and efficient manner.
  • Oversee the front-end merchandising areas, opening and closing out of registers and reconciling tills and following established procedures.

  • You have a post-secondary education in related field or equivalent experience
  • You have Minimum 1 year of experience in retail and/or customer service, or grocery experience preferred.
  • You have strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
