Job Description

The RoleThis is a great opportunity for a passionate and well-rounded Customer Service Representative to grow with a strong and proud Canadian brand, taking it to the next level.You will be working as an integral part of our existing Customer Service team, working in partnership with other DBA departments, with the aim to provide our customers an exceptional experience each and every time.Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone & email enquiries from customers
  • Provide customers with accurate and timely quotes
  • Data entry of customer orders
  • Follow up order delivery issues with our transport partners
  • Provide administrative support to our team of Business Development Managers
  • Office administration
  • Work closely with other DBA departments
To be successful for the role you must possess the following:
  • 1+ year customer service experience in a call centre environment
  • Impeccable telephone manner
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (desirable)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team
  • Must have a customer first mindset
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work through complex tasks and think “outside the box”
  • Can prioritise work loads
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $19.00 per hour
