Job Description

We are currently seeking to fill a Full-Time Customer Service Representative role in our Distribution Services business unit in Edmonton, AB.Position Details:Reporting to the Manager, Customer Services (located in Calgary), the Customer Service Representative (CSR) role will work with customers (incl. transload, distribution services and storage related customers) to identify new opportunities, provide updates and report on customer levels/delivery schedules/any issues to customers as well as internally. This position will track inbound and outbound rail movements. This position is administrative in nature and will require attention to detail to properly administrate accounts and complete accurate data entry. This role will ideally work Sunday – Thursday 7:00AM – 4:00PM (may consider an alternate shift on Tuesday to Saturday)What we are looking for:

  • Customer service background
  • Experience and accuracy with data entry
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook)
  • Transportation experience an asset
  • Administrative skills and ability to multi-task
  • Detail-oriented individual
  • Reliable and looking for long-term employment
  • Flexible to adjust work hours to meet operational demands and attend to after hour support requirements
  • The successful candidate will require a reliable vehicle as our office is located outside of public transport
  • The successful candidate will ideally be equipped to work from home, as needed, on a temporary basis
