Requirement/Must Have:

Bachelor #39;s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of experience automating routine tasks using tools like Azure Automation, Terraform, PowerCandidatell, GitHub Actions, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
5+ years of experience designing, deploying, managing, and monitoring Azure cloud infrastructure.
5+ years of experience customizing ServiceNow applications, widgets, pages, and workflows.
5+ years of experience integrating enterprise systems via REST/SOAP/Glide APIs or equivalent frameworks.
5+ years of experience scripting and developing custom modules and workflows in ServiceNow.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap for front-end development.

Experience:

Strong cloud experience with platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, Databricks.
Hands-on experience with big data and metadata management.
Experience with system security, access control, compliance monitoring.
Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities or Duties:

Lead architecture and implementation of cloud-based data platforms.
Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, portals, and integrations.
Candidateage cloud performance, user access, cost control, and system updates.
Support privacy and security compliance across systems and platforms.
Deliver user support and documentation; maintain operational readiness.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support enterprise data initiatives.
Participate in planning, sprint reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Should Have:

Willingness and ability to attend occasional onsite meetings (up to 3 4 per year).
Availability to work outside of standard hours when needed for critical deadlines.

Skills:

Qualification and Education:

Bachelor #39;s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Hands-on certifications in Azure or ServiceNow development are a plus.
