Job Description

Denny Andrews Ford is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join our team. Our group is dedicated to provide top notch customer service, with one of the most recognizable automobile brands in the world! Are you a dedicated service professional, technically inclined, and with excellent communication skills If yes, this is the right opportunity for you!Requirements:

  • Prior service and customers relations experience is a must.
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery day with customers.
  • Coordinate vehicle preparation.
  • Review sales contract and other documents with customer to ensure compliance.
  • Explain vehicle functions.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • You are meticulous and pay attention to detail.
  • Prior customer service and relations experience are a must.
  • Ability to work with at team and in a fast-paced environment.
