About you as our Demand Generation Coordinator
  • Developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
  • Providing support with proposal writing (RFI/RFP/RFQ)
  • Providing occasional prospecting support to the Sales team
  • Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and programs
  • Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences
  • Knowing the company’s brand and products inside and out
  • Assisting in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Working within a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with the Sales department
  • Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
  • Assuring buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success
  • Compiling and analyzing performance reports for leadership
What you bring to the team• A College or University degree/diploma in a Business-related program, e.g. Marketing, Communications, BusinessAdministration. (Current undergraduate students are also encouraged to apply)
  • Proven experience executing email lead generation campaigns via High Velocity Sales is an asset
  • A keen interest and experience in Municipal government, primarily in smaller, rural settings
  • A track record of successful collaboration in a team environment and the ability to take and give feedback.
  • Strong ability to empathize and listen to clients will be your superpower in this role
  • Attention to detail with strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize ongoing projects and tasks
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Strong ability and willingness to learn.
