Digital Workspace Analyst IServuss Digital Workspace Analysts interact with all levels of the organization and serve a key role as they support all end user computing so the business can maintain a consistent level of delivery to members. This includes but is not limited to end user device fixes, imaging, installation, and maintenance of hardware/software in the branch network and centralized departments. Sound like the perfect fit Then apply today!Please note this is a part-time 0.6 FTE opportunity.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITIONExperienceAt least 3 to 6 years experience working with Information Technology.Supported Microsoft Windows 10.Performed general mathematical calculations for the purpose of creating needs assessments, budgets, inventory management and so on, including a moderate understanding of basic accounting.Experience with Microsoft Office 365.Experience with one or more Incident Management tools in previous work (ITSM, ConnectWise, ISM).Experience demonstrating a basic to medium level of knowledge of the following technologies: break fix / trouble shooting, workstation imaging, deploying hardware, User profiles, printer hardware & configurations. DHCP and DNS utilities.Experience Demonstrating basic to medium level of knowledge for Active Directory and Group Policy.Basic understanding of Virtual Desktop technology.Financial sector experience (preferably in banking) is considered an asset.Demonstrated application of networking principles, hardware, software, desktop builds, and working knowledge of information systems and security (MFA / 2 Factor authentication) General knowledge about antivirus applications.Education and TrainingGrade twelve education or currently enrolled in a university, college or pursuing a technical degree in information technology.3 to 6 years Information Systems experience or equivalent education.Licenses/CertificatesITIL Foundation and Technical certification required.Other certifications like A+, Network +, MCSA, MCITP, MCP or knowledge of required technologies, such as Microsoft MDT / Microsoft Endpoint Manager are desirable.Azure Active Directory / Activesync / Intune / cloud knowledge / MAC OS / IOS / Android skills considered an asset.Any other special requirements necessary to do the jobAbility to work regular work week Monday through Friday with flexibility to provide after-hours support and scheduled after hour maintenance. Must be available to travel primarily within the city but also to rural branches when required. Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license. Ability to lift to 40 Lbs.The business may from time to time ask for branch and/or department support for special projects and/or areas experiencing staff shortages. All employees may be asked to volunteer to assist in areas of need during these times. These assignments could result in a change of hours, location, and/or travel.Quick Apply
