Job Description

RCI Aggregates Ltd. (an affiliate of Park Paving Ltd.) is seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive wages and benefits.As a Excavator Operator, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Feeding concrete and asphalt rubble into a recycle crusher.
  • Excavating open pits, removing slurry from settling ponds and any other task that may require the use of a Hydraulic Excavator.
  • Operating heavy equipment, including excavators and other machinery as required
  • Maintaining and servicing equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and guidelines
  • Assisting with general labour tasks as needed
We are looking for candidates who have previous experience operating loaders, hold a valid Class 5 Driver #39;s license, and are able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.Requirements
