  • Must be able to climb towers,
  • Can climb and work at heights 500 ft or higher
  • reliable, punctual and accountable at work
  • Be able to identify and resolve problems
  • Ability to read blue prints and understand drawings
  • Organized in performing the task associated with the installation
  • Work freely and safely on all types of towers including guyed mast, self support, and monopole towers incorporating fall protection practices and utilizing proper use of personal safety equipment while working at heights.
  • Ability to understand the principle of tower erection (both self-supporting and guyed structures and monopoles, and familiar with tower foundation, installation, erection, antenna transmission line systems and fiber installs.
  • Knowledgeable in assembling and installing various types of antenna, mounting solutions, running all transmission lines up the tower, installing connectors on transmission lines along with hoisting grips, hangers and ground kits, adjusting antennas on tower with the correct azimuth and tilts, and performing microwave and antenna alignments.
  • Install various ancillary items on a communication tower including: wave-guide bridge for transmission lines, ice guards on tower to protect dishes, anti-climbs and fall arrest systems, lighting systems grounding systems.
  • Ensure that all company equipment is well maintained and in safe operating condition, conduct inventory inspections and sort received materials on site, if any items are missing or broken to identify to Foreman.
  • Responsible for ensuing that all tasks assigned to you during the day are completed on time and with the highest of quality.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Working knowledge of fall protection practices and procedures
  • Ability to take direction to complete the tasks asked of in a safe efficient, timely manner
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $53,301.00-$108,358.00 per yearExperience:
