Job DescriptionFairmont Gold Supervisor (Maternity Coverage - until February 17, 2027)At Fairmont Hotel Macdonald, unparalleled service and luxury await guests of Fairmont Gold, our exclusive “hotel within a hotel” experience. By fostering an engaged team of service professionals as a Fairmont Gold Supervisor, you will bring our exceptional “Fairmont Gold standards” to life in our Fairmont Gold Lounge and it’s Guests.What you will be doing:Reporting to the Fairmont Gold Manager, your essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to provide warm, anticipated service to exceed the needs and expectations of our discerning guests by providing a personalized curated guest experience.
  • Review all Fairmont Gold reservations ensuring accuracy, and that all standards are met.
  • Provide exceptional concierge information to our guests about local and area attractions, restaurants, theatres, special events, tickets, and other available services
  • Must be available for shift work including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
  • Ensure the arrival and departure experience of all guests is seamless through coordination of our market mix and VIP #39;s
  • Other duties as assigned
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
