We are currently seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join our dynamic medical team. This position offers an excellent fee split, relocation allowance, and visa cost reimbursement, making it an attractive opportunity for the right candidate.Position Details:Job Title: Family Physician Location: Spruce Grove, Alberta Employment Type: Full-time, Fee for Service Fee Split: 82%/18% (favourable fee split for the right candidate) Relocation Allowance: $10,000 Visa Costs: ReimbursedResponsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive and continuous medical care to patients of all ages.
  • Perform routine check-ups, examinations, and screenings.
  • Diagnose and treat common illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Stay updated with the latest medical research and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Alberta, Canada.
  • Certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
  • Strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience working in a primary care setting is preferred but not mandatory.
