Job Description

Panago Pizza Food Service SupervisorSouth Ellerslie Location (11152 Ellerslie Rd SW)Closing shifts 4:30/5pm-12:30/1:30am30-40 Hours per week. Days of the week negotiable.$16-$17 hourly + Group benefitsResponsibilities include:

  • Directly responsible for ensuring all operating standards are met.
  • Demonstrate leadership in attaining high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
  • Play an active role in the training and development of all store employees.
  • Maintain a high degree of personal standards and conduct.
  • Provide positive leadership and role modeling to all employees.
  • Responsible for knowing and being proficient in all in-store positions.
  • Responsible for ensuring the store operates within Panago standards.
  • Assists with the training and development of all employees.
  • Follow proper store opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain all operational and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all store cash security procedures are followed and adhered to.
  • Complete paperwork and administrative tasks as required.
  • Instill an attitude of team spirit with all employees working to help each other.
  • Initiate communication and raise awareness on issues affecting the operation and atmosphere of the store.
  • Model an appropriate level of shift operations.
  • Supervise the store in management’s absence.
Competencies Required
  • Able to work within a team environment.
  • Able to work in a challenging, fast paced environment.
  • Good hand eye co-ordination (dexterity).
  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Good communication skills and able to speak, understand, and read English
