The incumbent develops and monitors targets and standards ensuring optimum productivity and quality levels. The role controls and monitors in-house and commercial garage performance ensuring optimum vehicle servicing at minimum cost, minimum downtime with the utmost customer satisfaction and within company guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements. The incumbent ensures timely servicing and availability of critical equipment and protects CN’s daily operations.Main ResponsibilitiesEstablish, Plan, Coordinate and Monitor Shop and Staff Requirements – 40%
