We value and encourage different perspectives and we have the courage to do the right thing, even when it’s hard.DESCRIPTION:Reporting to the ATCO Oracle Supply Chain Support (OSCS) team Project Coordinator, this position is responsible for activities to enhance, maintain and support the OSCS’s supply software Fusion Supply Chain Management, Power Apps/Flowforma (data management automation), Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Analytics Warehouse and other SCM related software. As part of the Enterprise Applications Support department, you will acquire knowledge and skills to support project management and related software. This position is working toward and supports the Technical Business Analyst in servicing the business users. This opportunity is available in Edmonton or Calgary, AB.WHAT YOU GET TO DO:Analysis and General Duties

  • Under the guidance of the Technical Analyst perform general business analytic duties.
  • Provide recommendations and input into the OSCS requirements gathering and testing processes.
  • Working with both the Change Advisor and OSCS PM/BA to create communication strategies, plans and collateral
  • Assist in constructing workflow diagrams; creating use cases; writing requirements and functional specifications under the guidance of the Business Analysts
  • Develop test plans and test scripts to map back to requirements and solutions captured in the requirements matrix. Where possible assist in creating automated testing in iGnite.
  • Assist in the general and organized Quality Assurance and Quality Control efforts as it pertains to requirements to deliverable testing including, but not limited to, Unit, System, Acceptance testing and sign-off
  • Deliver effectively and efficiently on tasks while upholding ATCO’s standards and principals
  • Create, update, and maintain administration processes and related documentation under the guidance of the Lead Business Analyst (admin guide processes, test scripts, reports, performance dashboards, etc.)
Primavera System and Technology Support
  • Under the guidance of the Technical Business Analyst log all issues received in JIRA may it be Service Requests, Incident Reports, Maintenance Requests Enhancement Requests
  • Prepare progress reports by the Business Unit of all SRs, IRs, MRs and ERs
  • Lead discussions in Super User meetings on progress reports by the Business Unit of all SRs, IRs MRs and ERs
  • Under the guidance of the Lead and Technical Business Analysts follow up on all open issues in JIRA and escalate as per guidance.
  • Respond to SRs with solutions if known or manage issues until technical resources provide a solution to the end user.
  • Escalate “road blocked” issues until fully solved and accepted by the end user.
  • Assist the Technical Business Analyst to perform research on technology that might fit the business problem or opportunity.
  • Communicate with Global IT on behalf of the OSCS team as directed by the Change Advisor and the Technical Business Analyst
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Undergraduate BBA with a willingness to become SCMP Certified or Business Diploma with an SCMP Certification is required
  • Willingness to work toward a Project Management (PMI Related) Certification preferred
  • Oracle Fusion SCM knowledge is an asset
  • 3+ years’ experience working in Supply Chain software and process analytic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including excellent grammar, document formatting, and spelling abilities)
  • Must be comfortable conducting one-on-one, team, and large group training interactions virtually (via MS Teams)
  • Regularly demonstrate a strong focus on excellence in customer service and staying focused on meeting the needs of the users/business
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Office 365 cloud applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Teams, and Visio) is required
  • Confident, self-motivated individual who takes initiative and works quickly and efficiently
  • Able to work in both individual and collaborative team environments seamlessly
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and planning skills
  • Strong personal and networking skills
  • Must be a fast learner who takes personal responsibility for their skill development and takes a self-directed initiative to learn new skills and gain proficiency in new applications and software
