The individual will act as a first point of contact to OMERS and Oxford employees as they enter the test facilities and will guide the flow of traffic throughout the day. Working alongside other members of the team, you will greet staff, track results, update databases and fulfil reporting requirements. Training will be provided.Job ResponsibilitiesPartnering with site employees to support Rapid Antigen Testing in Oxford Properties-owned commercial real-estate properties (shopping malls and office towers) across CanadaGreet employees and direct the flow of traffic to ensure an efficient processing of testsProvide superior customer service in answering basic questions from participantsOther duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to support the team and clients.Shift times and hours: Monday, Thursday and potentially Saturday (10 hours per day)Hourly rate is $20/hourLocation: 1 Kingsway Garden Mall Northwest, Edmonton, AB T5G 3A6QualificationsExcellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).Strong problem solving and organizational skillsAbility to work independently, reliability, accuracy and efficiency are requiredKnowledgeable of Microsoft Office ProgramsOur story:Oxford Properties Group (“Oxford”) is a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and business builder.
