Job Description

We’re looking for aCustomer Service Rep.Someone who knows how to deliver an exceptional customer service experienceThis position is for someone who thrives on challenges and loves to discover new ways of doing things. The right candidate does not have to be local to our headquarters located in Bowmanville, Ontario. You will be working in an environment where progress is made and you are the tool that will move things forward. If you have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, then this could be the work place for you!We will evaluate all applicants on the basis ofattitude, vision, passion and ability to create results.What you need if you want to be the successful applicant:

  • You’re a doer, if you don’t know how, you will find out how to do it and learn
  • You learn quickly and get very passionate about getting results
  • You communicate really well verbally and in writing
  • You work well as part of a team as well as individually
  • You have strong customer service skills / soft skills
  • You have the ability to put yourself in someone elses shoes to examine and understand their experience
  • You work well under pressure
  • You have experience in using Outlook, and Word and Excel to analyze data
  • You have the ability to multitask and work well in a fast paced environment while under pressure
