Job Description

Job: Remote Camp HousekeeperLocation: Remote Fly-in Camp, NunavutRotation: 4 weeks on, 2 weeks offBackground Checks: Drugamp; Alcohol screening and criminal record check will be conductedPosition Overview:Tamatta Miningamp; Construction is recruiting for one of our esteemed clients seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for an immediate opening as a Remote Camp Housekeeper at a fly-in camp in the breathtaking region of Nunavut. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a stunning environment while contributing to important projects in the mining and construction industry.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all camp facilities, including kitchens, dining areas, restrooms, and living quarters.
  • Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and personal clothing.
  • Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are met throughout the camp.
  • Assist with meal preparation and service as needed.
  • Stock supplies and report inventory needs to management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all staff.
Qualifications:
  • Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a remote or camp setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established cleaning protocols.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
