Your Role: As an Insurance Agent, your primary goal is to protect and empower clients by offering tailored insurance solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and families secure coverage that meets their needs and financial goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess Client Needs:Conduct consultations to understand clients insurance requirements, risk profile, and financial situation.
• Recommend Products:Present suitable insurance plans (life, health, final expense, accident, etc.) that align with clients short- and long-term goals.
• Generate Leadsamp; Build Pipeline:Prospect new clients through referrals, community outreach, digital platforms, and networking.
• Educate Clients:Clearly explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and costs to ensure full transparency and understanding.
• Process Applications:Assist clients in completing policy applications accurately and submit required documentation in a timely manner.
• Customer Relationship Management:Maintain long-term relationships through regular follow-up, policy reviews, and timely communication.
• Support Claims Process:Guide clients through claims procedures and liaise with insurers to ensure timely resolution.
• Stay Compliant:Adhere to industry regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies (including AML/KYC protocols).
• Continue Professional Development:Stay current with product knowledge, licensing requirements, and market trends through training and certifications.
