Your Opportunity:Are you an experienced Digital Health professional with a strong aptitude for technologies that support the delivery of key laboratory system services Are you an IT Analyst that could quickly adapt to support lab technologies and healthcare processes Do you bring resiliency to adapt in a rapid paced and dynamic environment with shifting priorities AHS is currently recruiting a one-year term Information Technology Analyst II (ITA2) for the Laboratory Information Systems team supporting the Connect Care Beaker system. The successful ITA2 will bring the ability to problem solve, brainstorm and find solutions with other dedicated individuals across multiple teams and stakeholders in a client driven, team-oriented environment. An awareness of application architecture and system behavior will allow the candidate to be a key contributor to the resolution of complex issues and assessment of solutions. Analysts working with the Laboratory Application Support Team provide troubleshooting, testing, configuration, and integration support of order/result data to ensure the functioning of the many Laboratory Information Systems that we support that integrate with clinical and patient care systems. We need self-directed professionals that can provide day-to-day support for Laboratory clients. A successful candidate: Has experience or knowledge of the functioning of a medical laboratory, such as general laboratory, microbiology, genetics, pathology, and research. Understands client business processes. Will demonstrate communication and technical writing skills. Has excellent customer relations and support service experience. Has experience gaining cooperation of a variety of stakeholders, including management, clinicians, physicians, and coworkers. This opportunity may facilitate working remotely.Description:As an IT Analyst II, you will provide technical support related to information technology applications either directly to users of the systems or to service delivery functions. You will ensure reliable operations of information systems, resolve complex technical problems, find solutions to customer needs, and lead projects and program initiatives. You will be responsible for more advanced application, telecom or technology support duties. You will investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex problems that have typically been escalated several levels before assignment to this position, and will translate business requirements into technical requirements for a solution and recommend a potential approach to the vendor. You will analyse the solution provided to ensure that it fits both technical requirements and business needs. You will also spend time on project or initiative leadership and delivery.
