About the PositionATS Traffic is currently looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our high-functioning Technology Team based in Edmonton. The IT Support Analyst is a fundamental position that offers front-line primary technical support to end users regarding issues with hardware, software, and peripherals.The successful candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations, or when appropriate, escalate or route them to appropriate Technology staff members. Our ideal team member is focused on quality, collaboration, and has the ability to meet deadlines.Are you customer-service oriented Do you enjoy multi-tasking and approach every situation with a solution focused approach If so, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
  • Participate in team projects
  • Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware, software, and business critical application issues
  • Participate in installing, configuring, developing, and documenting systems
  • Support for both iOS and Android handheld devices such as smartphones and tablets
  • Perform administration duties including:
    • Office 365 Administration (Teams, SharePoint)
    • Active Directory Administration
    • Mobility Management
    • Hardware Inventory Management
QualificationsCo-op students and recent graduates are welcome to apply!This role is ideal for a current student or recent graduate looking to enter the Technology field.
  • Post-secondary student or graduate with Diploma or Degree in the Information Technology field;
    • Preference will be given to Digital Media and IT students with a System Administration focus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but not required.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications would be an asset. Specifically:
    • Windows 10 and 11
    • Microsoft Office 365 Administration, Office 2019
    • Remote Desktop Support
    • Advanced printer/peripheral device troubleshooting
