Job DescriptionThe IT Systems Administrator is responsible for overseeing the integrity, security, and agility of our information technology environment. Your primary focus will be on cyber security, Windows Server administration, network connectivity, and related technologies.Key Responsibilities:Information (Cyber) Security: Manage and monitor information (cyber) security measures.Systems Optimization: Monitor, maintain, and optimize client systems, applications, and the network environment for seamless functionality.Windows Server Administration: Execute tasks such as user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, and print services.Networking Support: Provide adept Level 1, 2amp; 3 support for networking aspects, including TCP, DNS/MX, subnets, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, and wireless technologies.Application Support: Offer Level 1amp; 2 support for applications like Exchange, O365, and SMB apps.Server and Database Administration: Take charge of Level 1, 2,amp; 3 administration for servers and databases.Device Deployment and Maintenance: Supervise deployment, repair, and replacement services for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.Issue Escalation: Monitor events and logs, escalating issues as necessary to maintain seamless operations.Backup and Storage Monitoring: Oversee the monitoring of backup and storage systems, including SAN and NAS.
