Job Description

Now Hiring: Journeyman Pipeline Insulator Location: Edmonton, Alberta Compensation: Up to $48/hour (commensurate with experience and journeyman status) Project Start: April 2025 – ASAP Duration: Through 2025 | Camp-Based Project in the Fort McMurray RegionThe OpportunityWe’re currently seeking Journeyman Pipeline Insulators for a long-term, camp-based opportunity near Fort McMurray, Alberta. If you #39;re safety-oriented, detail-driven, and ready to grow with a dynamic team, we want to hear from you.Position Details

  • Shift: 10 days on / 4 days off
  • Daily Hours: 10-hour days
  • Travel Time: 4 hours in and out
  • Camp Accommodations: Provided
  • Initial Scope: Removal and replacement of insulation on existing wall pads
  • Duration: Up to 1 year
Key Responsibilities
  • Installamp; Replace Pipeline Insulation: Cut, fit, and secure insulation materials to specified thermal standards
  • Follow Safety Protocols: Always use PPE and follow jobsite safety procedures
  • Adapt to Challenges: Handle complex layouts and environmental constraints with precision
  • Manage Materials: Efficient use of materials to minimize waste and maintain project timelines
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with supervisors, trades, and site personnel
  • Inspectionamp; Documentation: Ensure quality assurance and track progress and material use
What You’ll NeedCertifications (must be current):
  • H2S Alive (Energy Safety Canada or AT Safety Training)
  • Common Safety Orientation (CSO) (Energy Safety Canada)
Assets:
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
  • Reliable Transportation to Site Access Points
