We are currently seeking a Junior Risk Analyst - Transportation to join our rapidly growing commercial team at InsureLine Brokers Empire in Edmonton, AB. For more information, please visit https://insurelineempire.com/Responsibilities: - Providing customers with prompt service by providing advice, discussing customer concerns, including but not limited to walk-ins, emails, and phone calls- Entering and updating clients’ information in our BMS system and spreadsheets- Collect documentation required for audits- Send clients safety notifications, weather updates, and any applicable industry information or changes- Determine eligibility for insurance policy- Collect and prepare all documents required for new business and renewals- Keeping current with activities and workload- Follow branch workflowsQualifications: - Occupational Health and safety certificate required- General Level 1 insurance license is an asset- Experience with Epic is an asset- Microsoft office 365 experience is required- Outlook experience is required- Ability to multi-task, problem solve, critical think and be detailed oriented- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure and meet deadlines- Able to be pro-active and work both independently and as a part of a team- Positive and respectful attitude with both clients and co-workers- High degree of professionalism and integrityWhat We Offer: - Monday to Friday 9:00 am -5:30 pm.
