Guardian Automotive is a locally owned independent all-makes-and-models automotive repair facility conveniently located in West Edmonton. We’re looking for great like-minded people to join our team immediately. We are seeking a Tire & Lube Tech. The right candidate will move into the apprenticeship program and evolve into a higher level tech under the supervision of our shop foreman. This is a full time position. Tire, Lube and Inspection experience is an asset. A drive to learn and grow is absolutely required.We are looking for a certain type of self motivated and self managed personality with a strong moral compass to aid in enacting our customer service and reputation goals. If we cant prove it, a customer shouldn't pay for it. We have built a small empire on transparency and honesty. It shows in every job we complete, and every review we get. Our inspections are entirely digital, completed on tablets, with pictures of items needing attention. Technology is a driving force in our customer experience.Monday to Friday 0800-1700hrs. Occasional OT and emergency services required to meet the needs of our fleet customers.Lots of joking, lots of laughs, great and varied soundtrack in the shop. Thick skin and a twisted sense of humour fit in well here. We’ve put a determined effort into building an amazing team, committed to our customers’ satisfaction and the sanity of the rest of the team. We’re a low drama, low stress environment and would like to keep it that way. We try to have BBQs and small events often.
