What does your day look like at Edon
  • Managing the computerized maintenance management system(s) (CMMS)
  • Receive, schedule, plan and track work orders and verify completion (ex. WORTs, FMS, VFA, Oracle Primavera)
  • Correspond, coordinate, monitor, track, and liaise with operators, general labourers, and subcontractors while they are on-site
  • Ensure preventive maintenance, regular maintenance programs, and repairs are completed in accordance with Edon Management’s and client standards
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements pertaining to scheduling of activities
  • Respond to client requests relating to reconfigurations, renovations, upgrades, and other project work
  • Generate and complete reports for the assigned contract(s) and initiate corrective actions as required
What do you need to succeed
  • Completed Grade 12 education
  • Minimum two years’ experience working in a property management environment with a general knowledge of contracting, facilities operations and maintenance
  • Previous experience associated with contract management and processing work orders
  • Excellent knowledge of building systems
  • Strong organizational, administrative and customer relation skills
  • Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of CMMS software
